Project Success is a program specifically designed to assist students on Academic Probation and Academic Warning. Project Success strives to reach and equip students with the resources necessary to increase academic performance and success, while encouraging personal growth and development through a holistic approach. At the close of each semester, your academic record will be reviewed to verify your grade point average and determine your academic standing.
Three levels of Academic Standing are:
Good Academic Standing
When a student has met the cumulative grade point average of at least 2.0.
Academic Probation
When a student does not meet the cumulative grade point average requirements set forth by the college. The student must meet the GPA standards by the end of the next semester or they will be placed on academic probation (see college catalog).
Academic Warning
A student will be placed on academic warning if they do not meet the grade point average requirements after being on academic probation. The student must meet the GPA requirements set forth by the college by the end of the semester or they will be placed on academic suspension.
