UNIVERSITY TRANSPORTATION
NCWU offers a variety of travel options on our Bishop Transit & Bus System which provides transportation services both on and off campus. Services provided by this department include transportation to and from Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) as well as local transportation to venues in the Rocky Mount area.
The University also provides Prearranged, out-of-state trips planned at various times throughout the year. Students interested in taking advantage of these services can find out more by contacting the appropriate departments below.
Your NC Wesleyan ID is only needed to ride.

NCWU offers a variety of travel options on our Bishop Transit & Bus System, including FREE local transportation to venues in the Rocky Mount area. No registration required, simply bring your NC Wesleyan ID and choose one of the following destinations!*
Rocky Mount Shuttles
Spring 2026 Dates
Each Wednesday
Shuttle Pickup
Available to all students. Due to carrying capacity, this service is offered to the first 14 students in line at the library parking lot.
Pick up #1: 10:30 AM each Wednesday
Students will have 60 minutes at their destination. Return will be in time for 1:00 PM class.
Pick up #2: 3:00 PM each Wednesday
Students have 60 minutes from the time of drop off before the bus will return for pickup.
