From building helicopters to tackling complex science challenges, our campus was full of energy this weekend as we hosted the Regional Science Olympiad 🧪🔬

More than 300 middle and high school students from 15 schools competed across 27 teams, showcasing their passion for STEM and months of hard work. 🧠

Thank you to the students, coaches, and volunteers who made the day such a success. We are proud to support the next generation of innovators.💡🧱

Today on campus we had a little bit of everything…

Today on campus we had a little bit of everything… and we mean everything. 🥧

In honor of Pi Day tomorrow, our Mathematics Department treated the campus to pie samples (because π deserves to be celebrated properly). At the same time, our Marketing, Admissions, and Adult & Professional Studies teams held interactive workshops designed to spark ideas and open doors.

Across campus, students from multiple departments—including Psychology, Criminal Justice, and more—heard from speakers representing the incredible range of careers available through the federal correctional system at Federal Correctional Complex, Butner.

From pie to professional pathways, today was a reminder that learning at Wesleyan happens everywhere…and sometimes it even comes with a slice of pie. 🥧📚✨
