ABOUT NOEL BUTLER

Noel Butler, a former nurse from Ohio, realized her dream of bringing Art to Rocky Mount, NC, as a resident artist at The Tar River Arts Collaborative. Her work is inspired by her travels, imagination, and her life and can also be seen at the Cotton Company in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
