About the Villas at Wesleyan
The Villas at Wesleyan Townhome Community is located off of Bishop Road, just across from the NCWU softball field. The Community includes 16 attractive townhomes. These offer increased privacy and modern finishings in over 1,500 square feet that accommodate 5 students of the same sex. They are managed by NCWU Residence Life and monitored by NCWU Security. All NCWU rules & regulations apply, just as on main campus.
1st floor:
Main entry; 2 single rooms connected by a bathroom that contains 2 sinks, 1 toilet and 1 bathtub/shower combo; 1 washer and 1 dryer*
*All laundry cycles run for free – no laundry card needed!
2nd floor:
Kitchen, dining and living area, half bath
3rd floor:
1 single room and 1 double room connected by a bathroom that contains 2 sinks, 1 toilet and 1 bathtub/shower combo
All bedrooms are furnished similarly to rooms on main campus.
The dining and living area includes:
- 1 Sofa
- 1 Arm Chair
- 2 End Tables
- 1 Coffee Table
- 1 TV stand
- 1 Dining Table
- 6 Dining Chairs
Kitchen includes:
- Oven
- Range
- Refrigerator
- Microwave
Bedrooms include:
- 1 extra-long Twin Bed
- Desk
- Chair
- Dresser
Bedrooms also have ample built-in closet space.
