On October 8, 2026, Wesleyan will host it’s 6th Annual Sporting Clay fundraising event at one of the finest clay shooting courses in the state, Rose Hill Farm Sporting Clays and Hunting Preserve in Nashville, NC. All proceeds from this event will support various efforts to help Wesleyan students in their journey for lifelong learning and achievement as they prepare to make a difference in the communities where they’ll live and serve.

Thursday, October 8, 2026 Schedule:

- 12 Noon – Arrival and registration begins
- 12 Noon – 12:45 PM – Eat lunch, warm up, preparations
- 12:45 PM – Safety instructions, rules and directions announced
- 1:00 PM sharp – Tournament “shotgun” start
- 3:30 PM – Socializing, Awards presentations and Raffle prizes
- 4 – 4:30 PM – Estimated event conclusion

Explanation of Terms
- Teams*– Number of four-person teams that are included with sponsorship level
- Carts – A four-person motorized vehicle (a cart) for transportation around the course during the event
- Ammo – All necessary ammo is included and provided to each participant on the team(s)
- Lunch – Provided following registration check-in starting at noon
- Logo on Website – Company logo on Wesleyan’s event page promoting your business’ brand
- Promotional Name Recognition – Verbal and/or visual recognition during event to all participants
- Large, Dedicated Promotional Banner – A dedicated company banner during event promoting brand and sponsorship level
- Shared Promotional Banner – A banner during event promoting brands and sponsorship levels accordingly
- Shooting Station Promotional Sign – Approx 18” x 24” staked signage promoting company brand at a particular shooting station
- Goodie Bag Promo Item Opportunity – Include a company branded promo item in check-in bags distributed to all participants
Registration – Registration and the relevant sponsorship payment portal are securely linked together online at ncwu.edu/pullforwesleyan. However, if you prefer to register and pay by phone, call 252.985.5266. If mailing a company check, make checks payable to NC Wesleyan University, Attn: Bishops Sporting Clays Classic, 3400 N. Wesleyan Blvd., Rocky Mount NC 27804. Please include Sporting Clays Classic on the memo/reference line.
Note: If you have your own cart for course transportation and wish to use it, feel free to bring it at your own risk. You are responsible for it at the event.

About Rose Hill Sporting Clays & Hunting Preserve
Rose Hill Farm Sporting Clays & Quail Preserve is a premier 800-acre shooting facility and hunting preserve located in Nashville, North Carolina. As one of the most unique on-property amenities at Rose Hill, the Sporting Clays Range employs highly-rated professional instructors with state team credentials and welcomes visitors and guests for world-class clay shooting and upland game hunting.
